Domain Transfers In

If you purchase a web hosting package from us that would contain a free domain name, and you are already the owner of a domain and wish to transfer it to us, we shall transfer the domain name free of charge in the first year of hosting (and this includes an extra year of domain purchase). Thereafter, the domain name will be charged at the current corresponding annual domain renewal fee.

Total Registrations Domain Transfers Policy (com/net/tv/cc)

When transferring a domain to Total Registrations we make use of the WHOIS service to obtain information to authorise the domain transfer and to populate the domain contacts when the domain transfer has been completed.

As most other registrars will be not showing the WHOIS information, this will mean a change to the domain transfer process.  Where we can’t obtain the WHOIS information, we will now not send out any emails to authorise the domain transfer, but will instead request the domain transfer from the losing registrar immediately.  Once the domain transfer has been completed, you will need to update the Domain registrant contact details manually. Note: When you update the registrant details this will not trigger a registrant change authorisation email. You must populate the registrant information within 14 days otherwise we will suspend the domain name.  We will send reminder notices within the 14 days if the information has not been populated.  For the admin/technical and billing contacts we will use your default handles that are specified in your partner settings. will make every effort to ensure that all the details of your domain ownership and contact details are correctly updated, The data we shall use for this is that you have supplied us in your billing informations. Should you wish that your domain data reflect anything other than your billing data, please inform us within 14 days of the domain transfer having taken place.
